Exceptionally clean, one-owner RV. Engine and transmission solid-no fluid leaks anywhere. Tires still have plenty of tread, no sun damage. This is absolutely a "no-excuses RV", everything about it works perfectly, and there aren't any known issues. Slide outs move in and out smoothly. Awning extends and retracts smoothly, too. Awning is like new, it wasn't used much. Has a large bunk area over cab, can easily sleep two adults, or more children. Queen bed is a regular queen, and uses off the shelf sheets, blankets, etc.
